The service

Do koruny is an app for keeping track of personal finances. It is operated by GST Solutions s.r.o., IČO 08080763, Tkalcovská 874/3a, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Free and paid plans

The basic app is free and needs no account. The paid plans Cloud (sync between devices) and Bank (loading payments from a bank) are bought as in-app subscriptions.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

Your data

Without an account, the data is only on your device and you are responsible for backing it up; the app offers backups for this. Deleting the app deletes the data.

The data is yours. We do not read it, sell it or use it for advertising (see the Privacy policy).

What the app is not

The app gives no financial, tax or investment advice. ČNB rates and reports are for information.

We are not responsible for outages of banks or the bank connection provider; you can correct loaded payments at any time.

Liability

We provide the app as is and keep fixing it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage. Your consumer rights are not affected.

Disputes and law

Czech law applies. A consumer can resolve a dispute out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).

We may change these terms; we will announce a material change in the app in advance.
