Delete account
You delete your account and all data on the server right in the app. Without an account, we hold nothing on the server.
In the app
Open More → About → Delete account and confirm. We delete the account, synced data, bank connections and loaded payments.
The app then asks whether to delete the data on the phone too, or keep it and continue without an account.
By e-mail
No longer have the app? Write from your account's e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Delete account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.
Subscriptions
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play — cancel it there (see Support).
Data only on the phone
Without an account, the data is only on your device; uninstalling the app deletes it.
